Co-founder & South Africa MD Kate is co-owner of Cedarberg Africa. She's lived in South Africa since 1993 having met her husband whilst studying in France. She travels regularly throughout Africa to the countries we offer and of course she's explored most parts of South Africa including some of the remoter areas such as the Kalahari, Coastal Maputaland and the Limpopo. She adores travelling and discovering new places. Her home looks up to the Cedarberg Mountains, where she enjoys hiking and cycling when not testing out, with the willing aid of her 3 children, the family appeal of our hotels and game lodges! Prior to setting up Cedarberg Africa with her sister Ginny (who runs our UK office) she read PPE at Oxford, worked in Management Consultancy and International Marketing before taking an MBA at Insead in France.
