Accommodation
This luxury boutique hotel has nine rooms over three floors built around an open atrium. The rooms are furnished with antiques and rich fabrics reflecting the island’s African, Indian and Arab heritage. All of the individually decorated rooms are en-suite with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. They are equipped with mosquito nets, free WiFi, cable network TV, DVD player, bathrobes, little things box and a hair dryer (on request). There are seven luxury and two palace suites with the top floor suite featuring its own deck with stunning views – and a giant bathtub! Sit back and watch the sun set over the rooftops of Stone Town on your private deck with a cool drink.
A generous breakfast is served each morning.

Honeymoon Suite Dunia
You want something special and unique?
Dunia, which means the world in Arabic and Swahili, is what you’re looking for. This spacious suite (69m2, located on the 3rd floor) with antique Zanzibar furniture, a high king-size Sultan’s bed, lounge corner, wardrobe and balcony.
There is one balcony with view on the city and a rooftop terrace, with an impressive outdoor bathroom (18m2) with a supersize Sultan's bathtub, shower and toilet. And a private sundeck (6m2) overlooking Stone Town.
This suite is perfect for couples, honeymooners, or anyone who wants to experience such a unique room!
Romantic Suites Farizah / Sultana
These suites are 48m2: they have a romantic set-up, due to the open plan bathroom with a huge bathtub (big enough for two).
There is a double bed, built-in wardrobe, seating area and spacious private balcony (11m2), ideal to relax and watch the world go by.
The suites are on the 1st floor (Farizah) and 2nd floor (Sultana).
No additional bed possible.
Grand Suites Kijani / Shaba
These suites are 48m2 and are divided in three parts: A hallway/lounge, a separate superb bathroom with a large bathtub, washing basin, toilet and open cabinet. Further along the bedroom with a double bed plus wide single bed and seating are with TV corner
Ideal for families and friends.
The suites are on the 1st floor (Kijani) and 2nd floor (Shaba).
It is possible to add an extra bed.
Luxury rooms Nadia / Rosewood
Our entry-level rooms: the bedrooms are 20m2 and come with double bed, built-in wardrobe and seating area.
They have vivid colors and are wonderful decorated.
The en-suite bathroom (3m2) had a washing basin, shower and toilet.
The suites are on the 1st floor (Nadia) and 2nd floor (Rosewood).
No twin option or additional bed possible.
Signature Suite Arabica
The Suite Arabica (47 m2, located on the 3rd floor) is decorated in Arabic style and this was the inspiration for the room name.
This room has a double bed, seating area, and a desk. A semi-open plan bathroom (15m2) with a large shower, two washing basins, toilet and dresser.
The cozy private balcony (5m2) offers an excellent view of the roofs of Stone Town.
This Suite offers modern facilities, but still gives you the authentic feeling of being in a ‘different world’.
It is possible to add an extra bed.
Palace Suite Sherali
This spacious suite (67m2, located on the 3rd floor) is elegantly decorated in Victorian style. Large wooden sliding panels (with glass), surround the room and give a view of the ocean and picturesque Stone Town.
It has a double bed and asemi-open bathroom (22m2) with a romantic bathtub to relax, a shower, double washing basin, double wardrobe and separate toilet.
A dream of beauty, luxury and comfort makes it a wonderful place to stay.
