Overview

Manjarano Lodge & Spa is a 4-star lodge in the enchanting lush green primary forest of Andasibe in the Eastern Highlands. The forest is home to unique flora and fauna and has been reforested with eucalyptus wood.

The in-house Alocasia restaurant serves a variety of dishes inspired by world cuisine as well as typical dishes from Madagascar. Its menu, changing with the seasons, promises you a taste experience with spicy and tropical flavours. The lounge bar offers a warm and friendly space, where you can enjoy an aperitif before your dinner or simply relax, with a book in hand.

Enjoy visits to both Mantadia and Andasibe National Parks. They also have a private nature reserve allows you to experience nature in a supervised and animal-friendly way, whether it’s reptiles, Nile crocodiles, chameleons, or other species endemic to Madagascar, including several species of lemurs.

Activities at Manjarano

Various activities are offered on-site for you to enjoy during your stay at Manjarano Lodge including swimming in the infinity swimming pool, relaxing in the lounge and playing billiards or a board game, visiting the private reserve and seeing the lemurs, canoeing, squash, hiking, 9-holes golf course and visiting Falierana essential oils distillery for a tour.

Manjarano Lodge has 10 bungalows, including six lakeside bungalows and four located on the hillside. Built in a refined and authentic style, each bungalow has a large private balcony with splendid views over the lake and the surrounding forest.

Manjarano Lodge has 10 bungalows (with an average size of 48 mΒ²), including six lakeside bungalows and four located on the hillside. Built in a refined and authentic style, each bungalow has a large private balcony with splendid views over the lake and the surrounding forest. It is the ideal place to enjoy the sunsets. Restful and spacious, the rooms are equipped with every comfort, including king-size beds and traditional-style bathrooms. In-room amenities include a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, wifi, a minibar, and tea and coffee-making facilities.
