From Arusha, you fly into the legendary Serengeti, where the scale and drama of the landscape unfolds over several days. At Namiri Plains, located in a remote eastern section of the park, you explore one of the Serengeti’s premier big-cat regions. This area is particularly renowned for its cheetah and lion sightings, with open grasslands that allow for exceptional game viewing and a true sense of wilderness.
Flying north, Sayari Camp offers a different perspective on the Serengeti ecosystem. Overlooking sweeping savannahs and seasonal river crossings, this refined camp places you in prime wildlife territory, with excellent year-round game viewing and the chance to witness the Great Migration at certain times of year. The contrast between Namiri’s predator-rich plains and Sayari’s expansive northern landscapes adds depth and variety to your Serengeti experience.
The journey concludes in Uganda’s Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most biologically rich forests. Gorilla trekking in Bwindi is both humbling and unforgettable. Accompanied by expert trackers, you hike through ancient forest to spend time observing a habituated gorilla family at close range — a deeply personal wildlife encounter that few experiences can rival.
Relax with a massage or go on a short nature walk or try the Batwa Experience.
Another option is to do a second gorilla trek if you wish – will need to be booked ahead of time
Transfer from your lodge to Kihihi Airstrip for your scheduled flight to Entebbe International Airport with Aerolink Uganda.
