Sonja is a Senior Travel Consultant who’s been with Cedarberg Africa since 2002. She has almost seen and done it all. Born in the Free State before moving to the Western Cape, she would never have imagined the travel opportunities that have come across her path as part of the Cedarberg Africa team.Β
Sonja will always remember her first trip to Madikwe Game Reserve, staying at Madikwe Hills and experiencing her first game drive and wonderful game viewing. From that moment Sonja realized that her passion for introducing people to the adventure of the beauty of Africa would be a lifelong one.Β
She has fond memories of travelling with her family- her husband and two boys to Namibia and quad-biking with them on the dunes near Swakopmund. Climbing to the top of the tallest dunes in Sossusvlei and visiting the Fish River Canyon were just a few of the highlights of our trip. Another highlight of her travels was when she went on a Rovos trip from Cape Town to Pretoria- a true luxury rail experience!Β
