Romantic Zambia & Malawi
$ 9,618 (Pps)
This 13 (or 14) night Romantic Zambia & Malawi safari combines the best of Zambia and Malawi and offers a unique take on the classic bush and beach safari. It is ideal as a honeymoon option. Or for anyone looking for a relaxing yet varied safari with the emphasis on wildlife and comfort.
Your Romantic Zambia & Malawi safari begins with 3 nights in Victoria Falls. Our sample itinerary includes romantic lodge on a private island on the Zambezi River close to Victoria Falls, but this can be changed on request (See Paired Down & Red Carpet options).
You then fly to the Lower Zambezi National Park for 3 nights followed by 4 nights in the South Luangwa National Park. Next you fly to Lilongwe in Malawi and continue by light charter flight to Lake Malawi. Here you spend the final 3 nights on the shimmering waters of this ‘lake of stars’. However you can extend to make it 4 nights here at no extra cost as there is a 4 for 3 offer at Kaya Mawa.
Given its idyllic location, Kaya Mawa is perfect for honeymoon couples and also for those looking for a secluded island and beach experience after your Zambia safari.
This itinerary can be tailor-made to suit your requirements. By changing the lodges in each area (with the exception of Kaya Mawa which is one of a kind). The Red carpet option changes from Chongwe River Camp to Chongwe River Suites, and from a mix of Kakuli or Mchenja Camps to Chinzombo Camp.
