Paradise Cove Boutique Hotel is the most bijoux of the best five star hotels in Mauritius with warm personal service. It differentiates itself from the rest by having only 67 rooms and suites and a Mauritian rather than Balinese décor style. It focuses exclusively on couples, honeymooners and friends rather than families.

The hotel curves charmingly around a secluded cove at Anse la Raie, on the Mauritius North coast, with a unique private beach with plenty of private ‘lovenests’ for couples. It's about 5km from Grand Baie, far enough to stay peaceful but close enough for the shopping, buzz and amenities to be only a short taxi ride away. At the far end of the peninsula, the infinity pool has a panoramic view over the turquoise lagoon and the northern islands, whilst the Indigo restaurant and bar offers a vibrant ambiance overlooking the ocean. The hotel is protected from the trade winds throughout the year and so offers a tranquil serene place to relax in Mauritius.

Accommodation

All 47 deluxe rooms and 20 suites have a spacious terrace or balcony, air-conditioning, direct beach access, flat screen TV, telephone, minibar, tea/coffee facilities and spacious en suite bathrooms with separate bath and shower. The decor gives a soft serene ambiance.

There are four categories ranging from Deluxe rooms through to the Club Senior Suites.  The 20 Deluxe rooms are 50m² and overlook the gardens or the white sandy cove. The 27 Deluxe Premium rooms are similar but perhaps with a better view. The 18 Club Junior Suites are larger at 60m²with access to the Club lounge and service sand the two sumptuous ground floor Club Senior Suites are 90m². The hotel is surrounded by award-winning tropical gardens flowing down to the beach.

Facilities

There are two infinity fresh water swimming pools: the main pool in the tropical gardens and a second pool at the Spa. The extensive grounds also have tennis courts, gym and a large spa. The Cinq Mondes Spa has a sauna and steam room and offers massages, hamman and body treatments.

Anse la Raie lagoon is the second largest kite-surfing spot on Mauritius, ideal for beginners or the more proficient alike.

Dining at Paradise Cove

There are four restaurants at Paradise Cove Hotel, ample considering the small size of the hotel, and a unique Dine Around concept allowing you to discover three of them on your Half Board rate: the Dining Room, the Cove and XO. The Cove is a seafood restaurant nestling among the coconut trees between the pool and the beach. The fourth option is Indigo restaurant and bar right at the beach. Bars include the Stay cocktail bar, the Rum Gallery and S’Cellar.
