Dinaka Camp offers a striking contrast to Ker & Downey’s Delta camps, but certainly not in quality. Set in the Kalahari, it provides a completely different safari experience, with wide-open landscapes and a strong sense of place. A large waterhole sits just in front of the main guest area and was consistently busy with game activity, making it a wonderful spot to sit and watch wildlife between activities. The photographic hides at Dinaka are a major highlight and make this camp a must-visit for photographers, whether amateur or professional.
Tip: Bring your own Water Bottle as the water is filtered through reverse osmosis at all of the camps and when the weather is warm you often forget to stay hydrated.
