Overview
Little Mombo Camp is situated on Mombo Island, adjoining the northern tip of Chief's Island. This private concession lies within the Moremi Game Reserve of Botswana. The camp offers true exclusivity and privacy in the Okavango Delta, coupled with abundant big game-viewing, arguably the best in Botswana.
Little Mombo, with only four suites, is an extension and a more intimate version of its famous big sister, Mombo Camp. The camp, built under a shady canopy and overlooking the floodplain, has luxurious and spacious guest rooms under canvas, each with en-suite facilities, outdoor shower and individual sala.
Little Mombo has its own dining room, boma, bar, gym area, lounge, game-viewing deck and plunge pools.
Activities
Activities include morning and afternoon game drives in open 4x4 Land Rovers. The game viewing in the area is excellent, and you could see lion, leopard, buffalo, cheetah, wild dog, elephant, hyena, giraffe, wildebeest and zebra. Short morning foot trails may be undertaken if you would like to experience nature in close proximity.
