Latitude 13 is a boutique hotel combining bold contemporary style with instinctive personal service. Latitude 13 has one of the best restaurants in Lilongwe. This, coupled with the 9 spacious garden suites, means that it's the perfect beginning or end to your Malawi safari. There is a choice of 3 club rooms and 6 garden suites. The 3 suites or Club rooms all have wifi, climate control, large flat screen TVs, large bathrooms with bath and separate rain shower. They have now bought the adjacent property and added 20 long stay apartments (junio suites).
These extra apartments mean that the stylish restaurant and funky adjoining bar are always well-supported. And leisure visitors can chat with locals and NGO long stay visitors.
They also have a fitness club with a state-of-the art gym and an 18-metre heated pool.

Garden Suites
Space for stretching out is in our nature, and all of our rooms have acres of room to do just this. 65sqm rooms of soothing, stylish bliss. All with queen-sized beds, walk-in showers, full-sized baths, sumptuous sofas and views over lawns and trees.
Junior Suites (apartments)
