The unspoiled Liwonde National Park promises an ultimate retreat. Kuthengo maintains both a rustic charm with a good standard of safari accommodation. You can appreciate the stunning views from your private deck with a cold sundowner drink in hand. Perhaps you may admire the herds of waterbuck that frequently visit the camp area, milling about in the evening glow.
Kuthengo has four spacious and modern safari tents which are all en-suite, each with a bathtub and an outdoor shower. The eco-friendly evening breeze air conditioning (state of the art and environment friendly cooling system for the bed within the mosquito net), adds to the comforts of this intimate camp.
Activities
This small camp with maximum of 10 guests ensures that the excellent guiding team is able to tailor your safari to provide a highly personalized experience. You can experience the many activities on offer with complete privacy. From adventurous game drives, breathtaking walking safaris or tranquil boat cruises along the Shire River. There is something for everyone.
