Overview
Anjiamarango Beach Resort in Nosy Be is a beachfront hotel located near the village of Befotaka in the north-eastern side of Nosy Be. And just 20 minutes from Fascene International Airport. It is set within three hectares of lush tropical gardens, with coconut palms, mango trees and 500 metres of sandy beachfront. Β Its individual thatched bungalows are built using local materials and traditional Malagasy architecture, creating a relaxed, natural atmosphere. All the bungalows face the sea, with lovely views across the bay.
Built in Malagasy-inspired style using local materials, this relaxed beach lodge offers a peaceful, nature-focused escape with access to water sports, excursions, and family-friendly activities.
It has a large swimming pool overlooking the ocean, a children’s pool, and a restaurant serving a mixture of Malagasy and French cuisine. There’s also a lounge bar, fitness room and a games area with billiards and table football. A range of complimentary activities including kayaking, snorkelling, mountain biking and beach games is on offer.
Snorkelling is possible directly offshore, while the hotel can arrange diving, fishing trips and excursions to nearby islands such as Nosy Komba, Nosy Tanikely and Nosy Iranja. Anjiamarango is particularly appealing to those looking for a quieter, more authentic beach retreat away from Nosy Be’s busier resort areas.
