Day 1 & 2
Fly from Maun to Okavango Delta, 2 nights
Choice of  Camp Okuti (Ker & Downey) or Nxabega Okavango Tented Camp (& Beyond), Fully inclusive

On arrival in Maun, you are met and transferred by light aircraft to a predominantly land-based camp. The Moremi Wildlife Reserve forms the eastern boundary of the Okavango Delta. The Moremi is known for its predators, both of the mammal and feathered variety. Being a National Park, night drives and game walks are not permitted in the Moremi but the quality of the game-viewing on your game drives more than makes up for this.

Camp Okuti (Ker & Downey) is one of the Okavango Delta’s hidden gems – oozing charm with an authentic safari experience which ticks all the boxes. It lies in one of the most beautiful parts of the Okavango Delta within close range of shallow flood plains, papyrus swamp and dense riverine forest.

Note: For a supplement, you can also opt to stay at Shinde Camp. Shinde Camp has a lush island setting on the edge of Shinde lagoon in the Okavango Delta. It is unusual in that it can offer both water and land game activities being surrounded by clear waterways teeming with birdlife and game.

You can also choose to upgrade to Shinde Camp for an additional supplement.

Nxabega Okavango Tented Camp (& Beyond) lies in a private Okavango Delta concession on the western border of the Moremi. The lodge has been beautifully hand crafted and designed so that its open-plan dining room, lounge & expansive sundecks all offer unobstructed views over the beautiful, seemingly endless floodplains. Nxabega aims to make their safari experience just a little bit different with bush picnics in stunning settings, cocktails on a Delta island or alfresco dinners under the lanterns.

You can also choose to upgrade to the luxurious Sandibe Camp for an additional supplement. Contact us for a quote.

Day 3 & 4
Fly to seasonal water camp, 2 nights
Choice of Kanana Camp (Ker & Downey) or Xaranna Okavango Delta Camp (& Beyond), Fully Inclusive

Today you are transferred by air to an Okavango seasonal water camp for 2 nights. The Okavango Delta is Africa’s largest and most beautiful oasis – an isolated, lush green paradise with some of the richest wildlife in the world. It is a maze of waterways, lagoons, vast grassy plains and palm-fringed and wooded islands and is home to a wide array of animals and birds. At your water camp, game viewing is predominantly by motorboat, as well as game walks with an experienced and armed guide on the delta’s islands. The evocative mokoro trips are in shallower waters, water levels permitting.

Kanana Camp (Ker & Downey)  is a newly revamped luxurious camp with a lovely riverside setting in the southern Okavango Delta. It is perhaps best known for its very attractive and rewarding mokoro and boating excursions with game walks on the islands and 4×4 game drives also on offer.

Xaranna Okavango Delta Camp (& Beyond), like the water lily from which it takes its inspiration, lies in a watery wonderland on the edge of the permanent waters of the Okavango Delta. Surrounded by an exclusive 25,000 ha private wildlife concession, it offers some of the most luxurious camp accommodation in the Okavango Delta. Reachable only by boat during the high water season, Xaranna is a serene and remote camp with nine sleek and air-conditioned safari tents offering breathtaking views over the channel.
