Day 1 : Depart Johannesburg for 2 nights Entabeni Game Reserve, Waterberg, Full board and Game drives
Today you are transferred from the Johannesburg Airport to Lakeside Lodge in the Entabeni Game Reserve in the Waterberg region. This beautiful reserve has a varied terrain supporting a wide range of general game and the Big Five. The uplands are open grasslands with wooded hillsides. The lower part of the reserve is bushveld and accessed by a very dramatic ravine. Lakeside Lodge enjoys a stunning setting overlooking the lake. On arrival you settle into your room and then take afternoon tea before setting off on your game drive. As the sun sets, the afternoon drive becomes a night safari following nocturnal animals as they begin to hunt. The evening meal is often enjoyed in a ?boma? or even in the bush around an open fire, which many guests feel is a particularly evocative treat.

Day 2 : On safari at Entabeni
Activities at Entabeni include twice-daily game drives in open game 4x4 vehicles, guided nature walks, horse riding, picnic lunches and bush sundowners. A visit to the Pedi cultural village can also be arranged. Take an early morning game drive, as the animals rise early to hunt in the cool of the day. The two to three hour drive finishes in time for a late breakfast, which will be keenly appreciated after your early morning start! The middle part of the day is generally spent relaxing by the pool, or catching up on your sleep. A late afternoon game drive will introduce you to some of the nocturnal animals and their predators before enjoying at atmospheric dinner back at the lodge.

Day 3 : Return to Johannesburg
After a final morning game drive followed by breakfast, you are transferred back to the Johannesburg Airport by road for your onwards travel arrangements.
