Day 1 : Air charter to Phinda Game Reserve, 3 nights, Fully Inclusive
Fly by scheduled charter flight to Phinda Game Reserve for 3 nights game-viewing. Phinda offers a winning combination of soft adventure, thrilling game-viewing and inspired lodge design. Activities include game drives and exciting tracking walks, canoeing & sunset boats trips. Given the reserves proximity to the Indian Ocean, optional extras include coastal flights, beach excursions and snorkeling. Phinda Resource Reserve, which means 'the return', is a 15 000ha reserve to the north of Hluhluwe and the St Lucia wetlands. Rich both in game and in stunning scenery, Phinda boats the diversity of seven contrasting ecosystems, including sand forest, mountain bushveld and wetlands. Wildlife attractions include lion, elephant, cheetah, leopard, rhino, hippo, an abundance of general game, and prolific bird life (with over 400 species recorded). Mountain Lodge is a sophisticated harmony of ethnic dιcor, superb cuisine, and personalised service. Each of the 20 spacious split-level suites with private lounge and en suite bathroom, opens onto a private deck overlooking the reserve. The guest dining area, lounge, shaded terrace and bar lead out to cool verandas with spectacular views of the Ubombo Mountains and bushveld beyond.

Day 4 : Transfer by road to Rocktail Bay Lodge, 5 nights, Full Board and Activities, Coastal Maputaland
Transfer by road to Rocktail Bay for 5 nights where you can be as active, or as lazy, as you choose. Rocktail Bay has a truly stunning setting behind forested sand dunes, metres away from virgin white beach. Activities focus on the sea with snorkelling excursions to Lala Nek and Black Rock and nearby scuba diving. Turtle tracking is an awe-inspiring highlight for visitors in summer, with birding walks in the forest and sundowners at the hippo pool all year round. Accommodation is 'bush luxury' in that you sleep in one of 11 thatched chalets on stilts. Bedrooms lead into delightful bathrooms with indoor and outdoor showers.

Day 9 : Air transfer to Richards Bay
Air transfer to Richards Bay in time for onward flight.
