Notes
Day 1 : 4 nights, Honeyguide Khoka Moya Lodge, Manyeleti Game Reserve, Full Board and Game Drives
On arrival at Hoedspruit Airport you are met and transferred to Honeyguide Khoka Moya Lodge within the Manyeleti Private Game Reserve which is part of the greater Kruger Park. Khoka Moya is simply designed in wood with an open air lounge, bar and dining areas overlooking lawns leading to the swimming pool. Large tents are decorated in soft contemporary style. Each is en-suite with double shower, double vanity and separate toilet. Honeyguide is a child-friendly lodge. Children are welcomed on game drives and after breakfast, younger children can enjoy a range of activities with the camp staff from identifying animal tracks, to arts & crafts with natural bush materials they've collected to helping make cookies for tea. These activities not only enhance their enjoyment of the bush, but also allow their parents to either join the guided bush walk with their ranger (see below), or to relax in around the pool with a good book. (Children under 12 years of age are not allowed to join the one hour bush walks due to safety concerns). You enjoy open-vehicle game drives with an experienced ranger and tracker who work together to give you a deeper understanding of the wildlife and the natural cycles of the bush. Their bush knowledge, practical skills and love of nature promise you informative, exciting and rewarding encounters with the wildlife. As the sun sets, the afternoon drive becomes a night safari following nocturnal animals as they begin to hunt.....

Day 2 : On Safari at Honeyguide
The following morning as the animals rise early, to hunt in the cool of the day, you take your game drive immediately after early morning tea and coffee. The drive finishes in time for a late breakfast which will be keenly appreciated after your early morning activity. You relax around the lodge during the heat of the day or take a bush walk with a ranger (adults only). This affords guests the ultimate, close-to-the-wild experience, and a chance to focus on the smaller bush inhabitants including birds, insects and butterflies. You can also discover the interesting worlds of trees, grasses, flowers, geology and ecology ? of course, occasionally big game can be seen on walks ? including the Big 5.

After lunch and perhaps a siesta, you meet again for tea which is followed a late afternoon/evening game drive.

Day 5 : 6 nights, Indigo Bay Lodge, Bazaruto Islands off the Mozambique coast, Full Board
You are transferred by charter flight (20 mins) to Kruger Airport for your onward flight to Vilanculos on the Mozambiquan mainland. From there you are transferred to Indigo Bay Lodge (by boat) for your six night stay.

Indigo Bay Lodge is an ideal family resort. 30 air-conditioned Beach chalets are decorated in a fresh, beach style. Each has TV, telephone, minibar, bathroom en suite with shower and beachview bath. 12 luxury Bayview suites, each with two bedrooms, also feature an outdoor dining area, sala, outdoor shower, and private splash pool. The resort is delightful for families, with a pool, games room and supervised play area with jungle gym, trampoline, slides and swings.

Day 6 : Relaxing at Indigo Bay
It is hard to imagine somewhere more romantic or ?Robinson Crusoe? than the islands of Bazaruto off the coast ? empty white sandy beaches, lush vegetation and an azure blue sea for swimming amongst the rich coral life. The protected reefs surrounding the islands support dolphin, dugong, game fish and giant lobster. The shallow, crystal-clear waters offer spectacular safe snorkelling protected by the dazzling soft coral reefs. You float above starfish, anemones, seahorses and a bewildering range of jewel-like fish, which extend out to the many dive sites where you also encounter green turtles, manta ray, sailfish and a variety of docile sharks. The more adventurous will enjoy the thrill of a night dive or wreck dive whilst beginners can take a PADI dive course. Experience the exhilaration of big game fishing, fighting marlin (between October and March) as well as barracuda, kingfish, tuna and sailfish. On the islands a mosaic of forest, savanna and saltwater lakes sustains a diversity of flora and fauna. Bird-watchers will not be disappointed with over 125 species recorded including the rare crab plover, olive bee-eater, green coucal, narina trogan and paradise flycatchers. Above all, there are no people! If you want a cosmopolitan bustling resort experience, these islands are not for you.

As well as snorkelling, diving, deep-sea fishing and sunset cruises, you can also enjoy water-skiing, power kiting, dune boarding, horse-riding, nature trails and guided island drives. Complimentary non-motorised watersports include pedal-boats, kayaks, windsurfers, aqua jump and Hobiecat sailing.

Day 11 : Fly back to Johannesburg
After a last morning enjoying the island you return to Vilanculous by road and boat in time for your return flight to Johannesburg.
