Bush Weddings are a particular favourite of ours: the ceremony takes place in the heart of the African bush with some impromtu singing and dancing by the staff. Other guests gather round keen to share in your happiness….. and afterwards you take a private game drive in a landie filled with rose petals.
Ulusaba Rock Lodge has a commanding position high on a rock koppie. The ten opulent rooms and suites are decorated in luxurious African style with handcrafted furnishings and each has a private wooden deck with panoramic views. The lodge is known for its unobtrusive service coupled with an exceptional range of facilities: a pool, ‘aroma boma’, gym and tennis.
Ulusaba Safari Lodge is a classic wood and thatch camp hidden in the bush under a canopy of trees. Here you enjoy close encounters with game as you laze by the pool or on the deck next to an active waterhole. Three atmospheric rooms and seven air-conditioned suites are built on elevated platforms and linked by a traditional swing bridge.

Wedding couples who are not South African citizens or holders of a permanent resident's permit must comply with certain regulations. We will send you a list of requirements on confirmation. Copies of all documents must be sent to us no later than six weeks prior to your wedding in order to ensure that everything runs smoothly. The originals must be taken with you. If your documents are not in English they will need to be officially translated. |

The game reserves of the Sabi Sand, the Timbavati and the Manyeleti all share both an open border with the Kruger and the same devotion to conserving this valuable heritage. These reserves comprise a number of private game lodges. Some of the world?s finest game lodges are found here, together with some less well-known bush camps. Staying here is an intimate and informative experience. You enjoy game drives in open-vehicle game drives with an experienced ranger and tracker who work together to give you a deeper understanding of the wildlife and the natural cycles of the bush. Drives are in the early morning and late afternoon when game is most active. As the sun sets, the afternoon drive becomes a night safari following nocturnal animals as they begin to hunt. The evening meal is often enjoyed in a ?boma? which many guests feel is a particularly evocative treat.
