Hunters Country House, near Plettenberg Bay is an oasis of tranquillity, a romantic retreat in the forest, full of character and charm. Luxuriously furnished with fine antiques, its accommodation really sets it apart. Within the beautiful gardens are 23 spacious, thatched cottages, decorated with great style. The Orchard and Garden suites have open fireplaces, delightful bathrooms, private patios and are furnished with antiques restored on the estate. Premier suites offer even greater comfort. The Classic suites, each with private plunge pool, separate lounge-dining room and indoor-outdoor showers, area a real treat. The Forest Suite is unashamedly indulgent, with a separate sitting room, hi-fi system and video, dining room, butler's kitchen and private plunge pool. Wedding Ceremonies are held in beautiful chapel in the forest.

Notes	Wedding couples who are not South African citizens or holders of a permanent resident's permit must comply with certain regulations. We will send you a list of requirements on confirmation. Copies of all documents must be sent to us no later than six weeks prior to your wedding in order to ensure that everything runs smoothly. The originals must be taken with you. If your documents are not in English they will need to be officially translated.

Day 1 : 3 nights Hunters Country Lodge
You are welcomed at the Hotel with a sparkling drink on arrival, and in your suite ?a bottle of sparkling wine. Accommodation for three nights in the Garden Cottage, which includes breakfast from the extensive breakfast buffet and menu. Prepare for your special day by enjoying a manicure. The hair stylist will come to your room for assistance. Seasonal flowers will be supplied by the florist for the bridal bouquet and a buttonhole for the bridegroom and the Chapel. Wedding Cake is included in the package. Day 3 : Wedding day arrangements
The ceremony will be held in ?The chapel in the Forest? conducted by a local Minister. For couples who are not South African citizens, we will arrange for the authentication of the marriage to comply with legal registration in their home country.
The minister conducting the service will have the register, declaration forms (for non South African ID holders) and a small marriage certificate.

A counselling session (approximately one hour) is required on the day prior to the wedding.

We will also ensure that the bridal couple has a detailed marriage certificate, issued by the Department of Home Affairs.
A detailed list of documents required is sent on confirmation.

Day 4 : Depart from Hunters Country Lodge
Today after Breakfast you depart from Hunters Country Lodge.
