Day 1 : Road transfer to Liwonde, 3 nights Mvuu Lodge FBG Charter flight to Liwonde National Park. Mvuu Lodge is a small and very pretty luxury tented lodge of five tents. Its setting is hard to beat - on the edge of a lily-strewn lagoon where elephant frequently come to drink. Accommodation is in spacious 'Hemingway-style' en suite tents, each with its own secluded viewing platform. The thatched lodge has a small rock swimming pool, sun deck and alfresco dining platform. Huge crocodiles, countless pods of hippos, sable and elephant sightings await you. In addition to game activities, bicycle trips to local villages are on offer and even an overnight stay at a traditional rural village. Full Board and Game Drives.

Day 4 : Charter to Kaya Mawa on Lake Malawi for 3 nights FBA Kaya Mawa is built on a crescent shaped beach, surrounded by baobab trees and mangos on the tip of the remote Likoma Island. Built by hand in conjunction with the local community, the lodge consists of eight stone, teak and thatched cottages. Explore the lake and its shores, looking out for otters, take an excursion to remote spots where wild dog and even a leopard have been spotted on the beach! The 'town' is a 45-minute walk from the lodge and you gain an insight into traditional island life as you stroll to the amazing Chipyela Cathedral and the cobbled market square. Water-skiing, wake boarding, fishing, windsurfing, dinghy sailing are also on offer.

Day 7 : Transfer back to Lilongwe. Charter flight back to Lilongwe.
