Day 1 : Scheduled Flight from Johannesburg ,Transfer to Belle Mare Plage Resort, 7 nights, in a Prestige Room, Dinner, Bed & Breakfast
You board your flight from Johannesburg on Air Mauritius. On arrival in Mauritius you are met and transferred to the Belle Mare Plage resort on the East coast of Mauritius.Prevailing winds make the east coast notably drier in summer too, and a little cooler. The Belle Mare Plage is set in lush tropical gardens along a magnificent coral protected beach. Each en-suite room is air-conditioned and opens onto a balcony that faces the gardens and the sea. The new super-luxury villas have private pools and outdoor shower, within an individual walled garden and tended to by a butler.

Day 2 : Relaxing at the Belle Mare Plage
The hotel has two restaurants, two bars and restaurant and bar at the nearby golf club. The leisure facilities include two swimming pools, kids club (4-12 yrs), jacuzzi, four tennis courts, a squash court, a gym with sauna, windsurfing, kayaking, sailing, dive centre, snorkelling and water-skiing. However, it is perhaps for golf that it is best known - two 18 hole champion courses are laid out in tropical splendour close to the hotel. The clubhouse includes a pro shop, golf clinic, restaurant and bar.

Day 3 : Exploring further afield
The country is also justly famed for its hospitality and friendliness. Nothing is too much trouble in this relaxed cultural melting pot! Diverse cultures, Hindu, Muslim, Chinese and European, coexist happily and the various religious rites and festivals lend an additional fascination and colour to life on the island. The hotel can also arrange sightseeing expeditions to offshore islands, to the mountainous interior and to the towns. Car rental is also on offer if you wish to explore under your own steam.

Day 8 : Return to Airport
This morning you are transferred back to the airport in time for your Air Mauritius flight back to Johannesburg.
