Air Mauritius flies direct from London on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday and returns on Thursday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.  Day 1 : Transfer to The Residence for 7 nights, East Coast, Dinner, B&B
On arrival in Mauritius you are met and transferred to the The Residence on the East coast of island. The east is notably drier in summer, and a little cooler.
The Residence is situated on glorious Belle Mare beach on the east coast. A luxurious hotel with a subtly colonial ‘Raffles’-like twist; every aspect of the architecture and styling is supremely elegant. Garden View, Ocean View and Ocean Front rooms total 151 and there are 20 suites.

Day 2 : Realxing at The Residence
Each air-conditioned room offers a comfortable sitting area as well as a dressing table and marble bathroom. There is a patio, balcony or terrace, safe, mini bar, radio and TV/video. Dining means a choice of the romantic main restaurant or the Creole-style Plantation restaurant, by the beach. At The Sanctuary, exclusive La Prarie products are used in treatments and there is also a gym and a kids club. Activities offered include water skiing, snorkelling, kayaks, windsurfing, glass bottom boat, canoe, hobie-cat, paddleboats as well as tennis courts. For a small fee, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, catamaran, parasailing and horse riding are also available.

 Day 8 : Return to Airport
This morning you are transferred back to the airport in time for your onward arrangements.
