Day 1 : Transfer to Kings Camp, Timbavati Game Reserve for 2 nights, Full Board and Game Activities
On arrival in Hoedspruit Airport, you are met and transferred by road to Kings Camp in the Timbavati Private Reserve which shares an open border with the Kruger and the same devotion to conserving this valuable heritage. The Timbavati is famous for its rare white lions, the product of a recessive gene that surfaces occasionally. You are also likely to see large elephant herds and a good chance of spotting many of the so-called 'Big 5'. Kings Camp is a real 'find'. This delightful colonial-styled lodge has 10 air-conditioned thatched suites. We like it because of its excellent cuisine, great wine cellar and flexible approach to guest?s wishes, with bush breakfasts and sleep outs under the African sky on offer.

Day 2 : On safari at Kings Camp
Kings Camp offers an intimate and informative experience.Game drives in open-vehicle game drives with an experienced ranger and tracker gives you a deeper understanding of the wildlife and the natural cycles of the bush. Drives are in the early morning and late afternoon when game is most likely to be active. The evening meal is often enjoyed in a boma or even in the bush around an open fire, which many guests feel is a particularly evocative treat. After an early morning game drive and breakfast you can opt for a guided bush walk with a ranger. This affords guests the ultimate, close-to-the-wild experience, and a chance to focus on the smaller bush inhabitants including birds, insects and butterflies.

Day 3 : Air charter to Rhino Post Safari Lodge for 2 nights, Full Board and Game Activities
After a final early morning game drive in the Timbavati, you take a short air charter hop (20 mins) down to the Kruger airstrip where you are met and transferred to Rhino Post Safari Lodge.

Rhino Post lies within a 12,000ha private concession in the Kruger. Luxurious Safari Lodge focuses mostly on 4x4 game drives and lies on the banks of a dry riverbed. Each suite is exquisitely decorated and includes bedroom and lounge, bathroom, outdoor shower and deck.

Day 6 : Air charter to Thonga Beach Lodge, Coastal Maputaland, 6 nights Full Board and Activities
Today after a final game drive and breakfast, you fly down to the coast (1 hour 15 mins) to the beautiful Thonga Beach Lodge on Mabibi Beach in Coastal Maputaland.

Thonga is a luxurious yet relaxed coastal lodge at secluded Mabibi Bay. It's a magical place of tranquil swimming bays, sandy beaches, snorkelling reefs, coastal forest and shimmering lakes. The lodge, nestling high in the canopy of the dune forest, offers panoramic ocean views. Eco-friendly suites are decorated in a chic 'Robinson Crusoe' style. As well as swimming, snorkelling and scuba diving, enjoy bird-watching, sundowner cruises and guided kayaking trips on Lake Sibaya or a treatment in their bush spa. Turtle tracking is a highlight for summer visitors.

Day 7 : Activities during your 5 days at Thonga
The Maputaland Marine Reserve stretches 200km north from Lake St Lucia - one of the world's finest marine sanctuaries to Kosi Bay. Within this reserve, the Kosi Forest Coastal Reserve is an unspoilt wilderness region of pristine golden beaches backed by forested dunes and captivating freshwater lakes. This truly is a magical area, untouched by large-scale tourism development. Thonga's activities mostly revolve around the ocean and the lakeland system with swimming, snorkelling for tropical fish, canoeing, sunset cruises on the lake and of course, the awe-inspiring evening excursions in the summer to view the rare giant leatherback turtles as they lay and hatch their eggs (Oct to Feb).

Day 12 : Road transfer to Richards Bay airport
Today you are transferred by road to Richards Bay airport in time for your onward travel arrangements. (You can opt to take a air charter which is much shorter for an additional supplement).
