Breezes Beach Club is a captivating beach resort on the east coast of Zanzibar with a long pristine white beach and personal, friendly service. Most of the 70 air-conditioned en suite rooms are grouped in plantation-style villas set in landscaped gardens, with four de luxe rooms on the ground floor and two suites on upper floor. 10 standard rooms are set back from the beach and there are five twin bungalows. The thatched restaurant and lounge areas surround a large pool and pool bar. Facilities include a superb spa, tennis and volleyball, a gym and watersports centre with canoes and pedal boats. (Scuba-diving, snorkelling, deep-sea fishing are at extra cost). Adjacent is the all-suite The Palms, a more exclusive option with just six suites and its own spa, pool and intimate dining.
