Most Cedarberg African Travel trips are individually planned: our tailor-made itineraries are imaginative solutions to your personal requirements.

Typically, people come to us because they are

• Anxious that they may make badly-informed decisions about their safari, something they’ve been promising themselves for a long time and which they know will be a fairly major outlay 
• Others are bewildered by range of options and are frustrated that they are wasting precious time trying to get a handle on the market and find a way to discriminate 
• Or they are worried that their “once in a lifetime” trip might not match their expectations because they didn’t know better and settled for second best

If that sounds anything like you, then contact us! These are gripes we hear all the time - but the solutions are unique in every case. We can have a chat about your travel aspirations and ask about your accommodation preferences, how active you wish to be, any special interests, how you want to travel and what memories you are hoping to bring back from your trip.

Budget
We're often asked at an early stage to give an indication of cost and the quick answer is inevitably "more than you want to spend"! But we've priced up some sample holiday itineraries on the site and given some individual lodge rates too. We find that most clients use these to work out some ball-park figures to discuss with us. As a rule of thumb, a fly-in safari combined with a luxury tropical island is likely to require a budget in excess of US$7000 (or £4000 per person). Or we've found that people opting for a self drive touring holiday with the emphasis on fine food, wine, scenery and maybe a few rounds of golf typically spend from US$3600 (or £2000 per person) to US$5500. These are assuming economy international flights and obviously there are seasonal variations and the upgrades to factor in, so we do expect to discuss costs, once we've worked out what kind of trip you are hoping for.

Naturally, we can offer tailor-made help to people with disabilities and special needs, both on holiday and in planning.

If it looks as though we can help, we'll agree your priorities and objectives, then we'll propose an itinerary to suit your needs. Once you are happy with the plan, you complete and send us your booking form and a deposit. At that point we will make firm bookings for you.
