This short self drive tour begins in Cape Town and then combines three contrasting areas of the Western Cape - the verdant Winelands, the dramatic Cedarberg mountains and the exciting Whale Coast near Hermanus. You stay in luxurious country house lodges and a one of our favourite boutique lodges in Cape Town. This relaxing self drive holiday is ideal anytime but particularly during August to October when wild flowers are in bloom and Southern Right whales are breeding off the coast of South Africa. It is easy to add on some time on safari afterwards to make a longer holiday.
