This 3 night safari departs Johannesburg for the pristine malaria-free Madikwe Game Reserve - a stunning area of open savanna plains, rocky outcrops and Big Five game-viewing. You leave Johannesburg (Airport or Johannesburg Hotels) in the early morning and arrive in the early afternoon. The transfer takes approx 3½ to 4 hours depending on which game lodge is chosen.

This safari in the game-rich Madikwe Game Reserve can be easily combined with other tours & safaris and makes a good contrast with the Kruger National Park and Sand Sand Game Reserve. At Madikwe you enjoy game drives with experienced and informative rangers in open landrovers as well as game walks in the bush.
