Description

The buildings of Steenberg Hotel have been lovingly restored to their former glory and are a National Monument. In the Manor House, rooms are furnished with antiques and in a style reminiscent of the 17th century luxury, some with their own lounges. In contrast the Premier rooms are more contemporary with open plan bathrooms and romantic free standing baths. Whilst the luxurious four Heritage suites in the old Jonkershuis, each with one or two bedrooms, offer some of the most luxurious accommodation in Cape Town. Most of the 30 rooms at Steenberg Hotel have private patios. All have en-suite bathrooms with bath and shower, air-conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, minibar, tea/coffee making facilities, bathrobes and Charlotte Rhys toiletries. Children are also welcome at Steenberg with sleeper couches sleeping 1 or 2 children; inter leading rooms and two bedroom suites for families of up to five.

The massive grounds of Steenberg allow you great privacy. There's a large swimming pool with adjacent pool bar, and a very popular Gingko Spa offering a full range massage and beauty treatments.
