Singita Ebony Lodge and Singita Boulders Lodge [South Africa] Delete
In the Sabi Sands Singita Private Game Reserve maintains its reputation as one of the world's finest, most exclusive, safari experiences. Expert guiding is underpinned by fine cuisine, a superb cellar and unsurpassed service. Choose between the equally luxurious Ebony Lodge or Boulders Lodge. Ebony Lodge, in the dappled shade of an Ebony forest on the Sand River, combines vibrant tribal colour with a warm colonial ambience. Boulders Lodge has a contemporary African décor with strong Eastern influences and the huge glass walls bring the bush into the suites.  Read More...

The Great Malawian Journey Delete
14 nights/15 days ex Lilongwe

This safari reveals the diversity and beauty of Malawi through its scenery and wildlife, also combining an impressive variety of water-based activities on one of the world’s most beautiful freshwater lakes, Lake Malawi. The style of accommodation varies throughout the safari, from small, intimate guesthouses in forest reserves, to more typical ’meru‘ tents, to stone and thatch chalets in National Parks. At each location, resident guides are used, ensuring the very best in local knowledge and expertise. Malawi boasts one of the highest biodiversity counts in Africa, and this safari encapsulates its true spirit. By travelling by vehicle, one has a very personal insight into the land and its wonderfully warm friendly people. Over the years, it has become apparent that this last-mentioned aspect of a Malawi safari is a true highlight. This small group tour (with 4 to 8 guests) operates with scheduled departures on request or private groups of four or more people. Read more...
Kilimanjaro Climb Delete
8 night/8 day (6 night climb) ex Arusha

Mount Kilimanjaro is the highest mountain in Africa and, at 5895 metres, it is one of the highest walkable summits in the world. Having completed the Kilimanjaro climb, we know the sense of utter elation you feel when standing on the ?roof of Africa?. Tantalising glimpses of the magnificent snow?capped summit from the plains below belie the unique combination of eco-climatic zones which hikers will experience; rainforest, montane forest, heath and moorland, alpine desert and then, finally, snow and ice. The one-way Machame Route climbs up the southwest of the mountain. This is a more challenging, but less frequented, trail than the busier Marangu Route and offers more of a wilderness experience. Tents are used rather than overnight huts and we spend 6 nights over the trail (to aid acclimatisation) and 2 nights before and after the trail at base of the mountain. Kilimanjaro climbers should be fit and well exercised. Read more...
Kafue Safari from Livingstone to Lusaka Delete
4 night/5 day fly-in safari ex Livingstone, returning to Lusaka

Kafue National Park is the third largest national park in Africa at 22 500 sq. km. Yet, despite its beauty and diversity, Kafue’s comparative inaccessibility means it remains gloriously untamed! A unique range of habitats, from the memorable Busanga floodplains in the far northwest to the verdant vegetation of the Lunga River, supports a rewarding variety of wildlife. Kafue is also a birder's paradise with over 400 species. Great combination with Victoria Falls, South Luangwa or Lower Zambezi. Read more...
