| Savute Elephant Camp in the Chobe National Park, is set on the edge of the Savute Channel, amidst towering acacia trees. Accommodation is in 12 luxurious air-conditioned tents with private timber decks, spacious en suite facilities and dressing area. This short safari in to the Chobe National Park can be added to a stay in Victoria Falls or combined with our other Botswana safaris. The Chobe river is known for some of the best elephant viewing in Africa in the winter months (May to October), with huge herds of up to 500 or more at the end of the dry season. Lion are common, and almost expected, with buffalo, cheetah and an amazing variety of antelope often sighted.
