Our Golf & Game Safari - either self-drive or with tours & transfers - offers you some of the best golf courses in South Africa combined with a safari in one of the premier game reserves of South Africa.

During the tour, you enjoy 7 rounds of golf at some of our best championship courses. Including Fancourt, host to the Presidents Cup, Erinvale and the Royal Cape.

The Golf & Game Safari begins with a few days in the Cape to enjoy the scenic delights, good weather and excellent golf courses. Next you head to KwaZulu Natal to the golden beaches of the Dolphin coast and the lush greens of its golf courses. You end with 2 nights on safari at Phinda Game Reserve.

This Golf & Game Safari is ideal for a couple or a group of friends. It is based on luxury five star accommodation using golfing hotels and game lodges. Most of our hotels also have excellent spa facilities.

Note on Golf:
This Golf & Game Safari includes green fees for 7 rounds of golf (18 holes). The Fancourt rate includes up to one round of golf per night's stay so you can opt to play three times if you wish. In our day to day itinerary, we outline when you are most likely to play these rounds but this is subject to availability and also your preferences for tee-off times depending on the time of year. If you are keen, there may be time to fit in an extra (optional) round of 9 or 18 holes.

Tailor-made Options:

Tailor-made options - As it is a tailormade tour, you can easily add a night or two. If you have more time, we particularly recommend an extra night in Cape Town or on safari. You also may like to mix and match. Do part of it on a self-drive basis and some using private transfers?

Party of 4 or more: If you are 4 people or more, contact us for a tailor-made quote (as the private tour option will much less expensive).

Paired Down: This is the above itinerary but done on a self-drive basis with a Group F rental car (Audi A4 or similar)

Red Carpet: This assumes various room upgrades such as a change to the Manor at Fancourt. Or upgrade to Phinda.
