Namibia holidays & Namibia safaris plus first hand Safari Lodge reviews

A Namibia holiday offer an exhilarating and varied safari experience from the vast Etosha salt pan, to the shimmering dunes of Sossusvlei and the Namib Desert, to the waterways of the Caprivi. Namibia means 'place of great arid plains'; an apt description of this starkly beautiful land, where gemsbok, springbok, kudu, even desert-dwelling elephants and rhino, roam wild and free. We offer a safari guide for Namibia covering the main areas our clients like to travel through with suggested tours and trips as well as independent Namibia safari lodge reviews.

Namibia is a large country so you need to allow at least two weeks, and preferably a bit more, for your Namibia holiday to see the country at an enjoyable pace. One of your first challenges is to decide how you want to travel around. It’s easy to take a self drive tour of Namibia for example. Or you can opt for one of the many escorted tours on offer. Some of the more remote regions such as the Skeleton Coast are best tackled via a fly-in safari, or you can use a charter flights to cover some of the longer distances, and as a break from self drive. We find that using the services of one of our private guides is a great alternative for all, or part, of your Namibia safari holiday. Often we combine more than one approach to getting around Namibia. Talk to us about your preferences!
