Team building

Enjoyable yet challenging team activities to boost morale

Sometimes the most effective way to increase production and boost employee communication is to get them as far away from their phones, emails and laptops as possible. At Cedarberg African Travel, we specialize in creating customized team-building events in Cape Town, the Cedarberg, on Safari and in Victoria Falls, amongst other areas, that will engage, energize and challenge your team.

Whether you are building up a team, trying to to get your people to think outside the box, or simply want to say thank you with a relaxed corporate event, we work with you to design dynamic corporate team-building, often combined with meetings and events.

Our team-building events offer something for everyone. From an adrenaline-rushing shark encounter to a laid back day of golf, we have activities that everyone can enjoy. So, if you’re looking to boost morale, build camaraderie and give your team a little spark, choose Cedarberg African Travel for a fun and dynamic team-building event.

Amazing Race in Cape Town

Amazing Race in Cape Town

A Treasure Hunt is a fantastic way to get your team competing against each other in a number of fun events and discovering the history and beauty of Cape Town for themselves. The Rally will take an Amazing Race type format where the guests will follow a series of cryptic clues that will take them to checkpoints at all the scenic hotspots en route.

They will be provided with a Race kit containing maps, a team passport, a kitty and a race book. The car rallies enable your team to explore the Cape while interacting with each other and learning about the destination they are visiting. After a brief warm up the teams will be given their first clue. After a team sack race to the vehicles the rally will be on! At each checkpoint a brightly dressed marshal will stamp their passport, give them their next clue and a task to perform en route to the next checkpoint.

The Route will take in all the most scenic points on the northern half of the peninsula. The Rally could start from the waterfront making its way via Signal Hill, along the coast to Hout Bay, Chapmans Peak, Constantia and back to the city. We will end off with a Team Poem or War-cry before adding up the scores to determine the winner of the day's event.
