Sand Rivers, in the Selous National Park, is located in one of the prettiest and most scenically varied parts of the Selous. The eight large, thatched en suite cottages each have an expansive view of the Rufiji River. An impressive baobab shades a swimming pool and the public spaces all have 180-degree river views. Enjoy walking, fly-camping, 4x4 game drives and game viewing by boat on the river and on Lake Tagalala. As this area contains one of the few pockets of wild Black Rhino, it is a special experience to be able to track them on foot.
