Ruaha River Lodge, is run by Peter and Sarah Fox. A key attraction is a bar/dining area built on a rocky hill with a stunning overview of the river valley. 20 simple en suite stone bandas have wonderful views; some perched high on the kopje, some right on the river bank and are run as separate camps. Excellent cuisine makes good use of fresh produce from the Fox family farm. Game drives take place both morning and afternoon with game walks in the early morning. Scheduled flights from Dar es Salaam three times a week.
